Attacks by ISIS could hit "France and other European countries" again in the days or weeks to come, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls warned Monday morning. In an interview on French radio RTL, Valls reiterated his view that France considered itself "at war with terrorism." We will live with the terrorist threat, and the possibility of new attacks for a long time," he added, saying that French police had thwarted five separate terror attack plots since the summer. Valls said that French police forces led more than 150 searches and operations overnight against suspected Islamist militants. Friday's attacks in Paris, which at last official count left 129 dead and 359 injured including 99 still in critical condition, were "planned in Syria and organized in Belgium" but the "epicenter is in Iraq," Valls said.
