Nelly honors art stars at inauguration of 1st session of Cairo Arts Festival

Prominent Egyptian actress, Nelly will honor Sunday a number of famous Egyptian artists and TV presenters, during inauguration of first session of Cairo Arts Festival, Al Bawaba News reported.
The session holds the name of Nelly's and will start at 7pm on Alhosabir Theatre and end on November 30. Nelly announced last week the names to be honored in the festival and they are the people who influenced her long and successful career.
TV presenter, Mofeed Fawzy, Actor Samir Sabri, Composer Helmy Bakr, late Poet, Salah Jahin, late Director, Fahmy Abdel Hamed and late Actor, Ibrahim Yusri are among the ones to be honored in the festival.
The festival sheds light on independent arts and creations of young people. It offers three contests, including the theatrical performances, short films and song contests. It will witness 39 theatrical shows, 17 short films and 15 songs.
