Cameroon's government spokesman says two teenage girls carried out suicide bombings in a northern village, killing at least 9 and wounding 29 others. Minister of Communications Issa Tchiroma Bakary blamed Boko Haram for the attack early Sunday at a food market in Kangeleri near Mora town. He said Boko Haram now uses young men and women for suicide bombings. He said Boko Haram is trying to spread terror, after pledging allegiance to ISIS earlier this year. Boko Haram is blamed for five coordinated suicide bombings in neighboring Chad Saturday, killing at least 36 people. Attacks have increased recently in Nigeria's neighboring countries that are helping fight the extremists. Amnesty International says the Nigeria-born insurgent group has killed about 20,000 people in its six-year uprising.
