Vice chairman of Al Mohafezeen Party, Yasser Kasab said Friday in a statement to Al Bawaba News that the next parliament is obliged to discuss all laws issued in the reigns of interim President, Adly Mansour and President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi. Kasab explained that the next parliament is obliged to discuss all laws issued in the reigns of Mansour and Al Sisi, which was during the absence of an elected parliament, according to 2014 Constitution and legal norms. He pointed out that the real predicament lies in how to discuss those laws in the limited time given to the parliament. He stressed that there is no alternative but for the parliament to approve those laws, to be later discussed in the legislative sessions of the parliament in order to modify or change them.
