Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi issued a presidential decree amending provisions of labor syndicates law No. 35 for 1976, Al Bawaba News reported Saturday. According to the decree, the current term of syndicates formed in accordance with the provisions of law No. 35 for 1976 will be extended for a year starting from the end of the current term, or until the issuance of the syndicates law, whichever comes first. The syndicates Boards of Directors' elections are to be called for within sixty days before the current term ends, according to the amendment.
