Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi held a number of meetings on the sidelines of the International Economic Forum, spokesperson for the presidency Alaa Yousef said. He added, in his statements to the press, that the President met with Kurdistan's President Masoud Barzani, Iraq's Vice President Eyad Allawy and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. "They discussed the latest developments on the Arab and international scene. They also focused on ways to confront the Islamic State (IS)", he said. The President expressed Egypt's keenness to combat terrorism and to support Iraq in overcoming its current crises, he pointed out.
