Security sources told Albawaba news Monday that Egypt's Minister of interior, Gen. Major Magdy Abdel Ghaffar has issued nine procedure laws to prevent the random bombings in Egypt. The ministry compelled police departments to install two surveillance cameras on top of every police station, and one camera on top of governmental institutions and hospitals; violators will be fined. Shops facing governmental or security institutions will be obligated to install cameras in order to obtain a license, the owners will be fined and the shops will be closed should they violate the law. According to the law, the number of visits to imprisoned Muslim Brotherhood members will be reduced after discovering that they exchange coded messages with their supporters. Universities and shopping malls are obligated to place electronic gates with metal detectors, under police officials' supervision; violators will be considered terror suspects. The ministry has coordinated with the ministry of information to prevent all the TV shows, hosting members of Muslim Brotherhood terrorist group, as they use media outlets to incite violence. The minister has established a special division under the name of "counter electronic crime" to trace insurgents on social networks. The ministry announced that it would publish detailed MB leaders' confessions to betrayal and terror related charges, in order to change MB supporters' misguided ideas.
