The Daily mail reported that the Islamic State group (IS) executed Sunday three suspected spies in the Syrian city of Al Bab. Pictures were taken of two men tied-up and dressed in orange jumpsuits, kneeling on the ground with hundreds of extremists jeering at them. Another picture reveals a dead man crucified and hanging from a pillar with a sign hanging around his neck. IS had announced Thursday that it had captured an Israeli-Arab man who was allegedly impersonating a foreign fighter to spy for Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency. The IS magazine "Dabek" stated that Mohamed Musallam, 19, had joined the extremist group in Syria to send Intel to Israel on the group's weapons, strongholds and fighters. The magazine claims that his identity was revealed after he called his father who lives in East Jerusalem.
