American University in Cairo's (AUC) library opened an exhibition for World War II photographs. During the exhibition, the library reviewed a book by Jill Edwards entitled "El-Alamein and the struggle for North Africa", which includes information about the battle of El-Alamein desert, during the World War II. The book also includes handwritten maps of German Field Marshal, Erwin Rommel, in addition to a lot of documents and photographs of World War II leaders. The exhibition was attended by the head of publishing department at AUC, Nabila Aql, the former head of the European Union delegation to Egypt, Marc Franco and a group of European authors and publishers.
