Horoscopes:
Spiritual causation
By Imhotep
Big changes take time, my dear Sea Goats, as people born under the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn (22 Dec-22 Jan) are sometimes called, so don't throw the towel if you are not seeing as much of a revolution in the realm of romance as you would like. Lasting developments are in progress, so hang in there.
Deep emotions come your way by late August. The trouble is you are so intuitive that you could find yourself drowning in these uncontrollable emotions unless you take care. Never fear. The weeks ahead are a time for renewal of the spirit. You get a burst of earthy energy that compels you to take action.
Just in the nick of time, someone will give you the opportunity to invest all that energy you're feeling in an entirely different type of activity than what you were using it for. So smile, laugh and be pleasant. No more bickering and bad-mouthing.
Schedule a date with yourself as soon as possible. Read a best-selling book or heart-warming novel, go for long walks or to the cinema and relax.
Sea Goats are practical down-to-earth people, but especially when they have a Water sign in the Ascendant can be very ardent lovers. You are so excited and you just can't hide it. You are in an unusually argumentative mood, and that sparks all kinds of interesting debates with all types. New connections really go somewhere right now.
By the time Ramadan is upon us again, and love is in the air, you shall be blessed with peace of mind. Until then, my dear Water Bearers, as people born under the Fixed Air sign of Aquarius (23 Jan-19 Feb) are sometimes called, brace yourself for testing ups and downs. If music be the food of love, my dear play on. That is how the immortal bard, William Shakespeare, so aptly put it. Using food for anything other than physical nourishment is a dangerous habit.
The hellishly hot spell is no excuse to pig it out. Remember to eat in an appropriate manner. Don't be tempted to binge. Watch yourself if you start eating to comfort other, more emotional needs.
Make an exception during the festive season around Ramadan when someone special comes to you pleading that you need to give them another chance. Until then, try to make peace with yourself. There really are exterminating circumstances this time. Just make sure that this exception doesn't become the rule.
Vacations don't have to mean lots of planning and money. Turn off your phone and computer and snuggle up for a few days with your favourite person. But, stay away from snacks and junk food please. Get a good book and sit in the tub -- yes ,have a bubble bath with some soothing aromatic oils. Go on, indulge. You need some downtime. Unwind and have fun.
The weeks ahead will not turn out to be uneventful, but will leave Water Bearers with the distinct sense of the anti-climax.
Synchronisation is one term for the passionate events that are happening in your life right now, my dear Dolphins, as people born under the Mutable Water sign of Pisces (20 Feb-21 Mar) are sometimes called. Magical is another. Your life's path is illuminated with help from the Celestial energies. Enjoy yourself.
There is someone you see on a daily basis who you are desperately feeling the urge to tell your deepest feelings to -- regardless of how they'll react. Stopping you is out of the question -- and don't be gentle either.
You want to know where you stand and you think it is about time to discuss it. Imhotep urges you to take the lead. The Stars ordain a great purpose for you. Your friends and even your sweetheart love this new take- charge side of you.
Look out next week for Imhotep's reading of Aries, Taurus and Gemini
