Horoscopes: Blood and passion

Horoscopes:
Blood and passion
By Imhotep
The New Year, my dear Scales, as people born under the Cardinal Air sign of Libra (23 Sep-23 Oct) are sometimes called, sets your heart aflutter.
December is a month of intense preparations for Librans. Librans will take stock of things and explore their innermost feelings. Watch out for days when howling winds and sporadic heavy downpours signal that you must talk -- openly express yourself and reason.
Whatever you do, don't argue. If you do, it will take some time for the dust to settle. So don't.
My dear Scales, you and your loved ones might want to talk something through as the month commences. For the first two weeks of December close the windows and shut the doors and indulge in private passion.
And, conversation...
Go deep, and as the month progresses go even deeper. By Christmas and the New Year you'll be perfectly satisfied that December was set aside for personal indulgence.
Broach any difficult subject now and you wouldn't worry about a happy ending.
And, Librans shall be distracted too.
A surprising someone will suddenly catch your attention, my dear Scales. A casual glance that lasts a little too long is sure to get your heart to race even faster.
Eagles, as people born under the Fixed Water sign of Scorpio (24 Oct-23 Nov) are sometimes called, are in fighting spirits. Ruled by Mars, Eagles are determined as never before to correct wrongs.
The Red Planet, named after the Roman god of War, was known to the Ancient Egyptians as Har Dekhter -- The Red One. And, Eagles shall see red in December.
Eagles will entertain strange dreams bearing martial symbolism in the first two weeks of December. Watch out for blood in your dreams, my dear Scorpions. Fear not, for you are fearsome fighters.
Watch out for volcanic eruptions, too. Mars contains the largest known volcanoes in our solar system -- the largest volcano on Mars, Olympus Mons, is only slightly smaller than the state of Texas.
Texas is also known as the Lone Star state, and Eagles will be well advised to keep to themselves in the first two weeks of December.
There is also a good chance by the end of the month to scold a particularly irritating nosy-parker. Eagles might even give the nasty offenders a bloody nose. The meddlers into your private affairs, my dear Scorpions, will at last be getting their comeuppance for violating your desperate need for privacy.
Conflict aside, December will end peacefully. By Christmas, everyone, including your good self, will be ready to talk things over and reach a happy compromise.
In Roman mythology, Mars was the father of Romulus and Remus the twin legendary founders of Rome. And in late December, the chances of a rapprochement between Eagles and Geminians -- also known as the Twins -- will be greatly enhanced.
Archers as people born under the Mutable Fire sign of Sagittarius (24 Nov-23 Dec) are sometimes called, must watch their budgets in December. But being among the zodiac's biggest spenders, Archers will blow the money in no time. The ultimate impulse purchase tempts you this December, my dear Sagittarians.
There are important decisions and discussions around money in the weeks ahead. Make sure that you control the purse-strings, my dear Sagittarians.
Rebelliousness against conventions comes easily to the Archers. And, Archers are good at hurling darts. Be that as it may, Archers shall labour under the false impression in December that they are losing battles.
Your instinct tells you to get straight to the heart of the matter, my dear Archers. Yes, Imhotep realises that you feel trapped, anchored in one spot and unable to move forward. Archers hate being constrained. But they need to focus on one thing that will satisfy them this December and work towards that point.
