Haig A: It seems the bus is your best option to get to the Bahariya and Farafra oases. You can rent a microbus from Cairo for LE250. If you are 25 travellers, you'll need two microbuses. There are two one-star resorts in Bahariya; Alpenblick Hotel (+2 02 847 2184) and Safari Camp (+2 02 847 2770). Double rooms with bathrooms average LE90, and LE60 for rooms without bathrooms.
