Al-Adli behind bars

FORMER interior minister Habib Al-Adli was detained on Tuesday almost seven months after his disappearance.
Al-Adli received a seven-year prison sentence on 15 April in a case known as the “Ministry of Interior corruption case”. He was found guilty of appropriating the ministry's funds and acquiring illicit gains amounting to LE529 million.
