The EGX30, Egypt's benchmark stock index, has closed 1.34 per cent down at 5,277 points on Monday trade. It was the seventh consecutive fall for the EGX30, fuelled by losses across practically all sectors of the market. Of 186 listed stocks, 115 declined and 58 gained. The broader EGX70 closed up 0.25 per cent but the EGX100 declined 0.38 per cent. Total market capitalisation was LE399,358,674,421.
