Ivory Coast striker Lacina Traore has joined French giants Monaco on a four-and-half year contract until June 2018 on Saturday. "The Ivorian international striker signed a four-and-half year contract with AS Monaco starting from January 2013," the club announced on a statement on Saturday. The 23-year striker made a good impact at Russian side Anzhi since joining them in 2012. He scored 12 goals in the League and 5 others in the Europa League. The big striker – 203 cm tall – is expected to pair with Colombian ace Radamel Falcao in Monaco's frontline in an attempt to outclass PSG's deadly pair Ibrahimovic-Cavani. Monaco are second of the Ligue 1 table with 41 points three behind leaders PSG.
