One Egyptian rescued, two dead while crossing into Libya
Dozens of other Egyptians are feared missing while trying to cross illegally into Libya

An Egyptian has been rescued after getting lost while attempting to cross illegally into Libya and two others have been found dead, foreign ministry spokesperson Badr Abdel-Aty announced on Tuesday.
The rescued man was found on Libya's Southern Tobruk-Ajdabiya road.
Abdel-Aty said the Egyptian embassy in Tripoli and the consulate in Benghazi were trying to confirm whether around 100 other Egyptians were lost in the area.
Egyptian and Libyan officials are coordinating their rescue efforts, he added.
Last week, 77-100 Egyptian drivers were released after being detained in the Libyan town of Ajdabiya by an armed militia who had wanted to force the release of Libyans detained in Egypt.
According to state news agency MENA, the national security office in the Egyptian border town of Salloum issued a ban on Egyptians travelling to Libya through the crossing following the drivers' detention. The Salloum crossing is now open only for non-Egyptians and Egyptians returning to Egypt.
Libya's border with Egypt has become a hot spot for arms smuggling over the past two years since the downfall of Libyan president Muammar Gaddafi's regime.
