Egypt's central bank said it sold 5 billion Egyptian pounds ($843 million) in domestic treasury bills on Sunday, the same amount it was seeking. The bank sold LE1.5bn of 91-day T-bills at an average yield of 11.349 per cent, down from 11.465 per cent at last week's auction. The bank also sold LE3.5bn of 273-day T-bills at an average yield of 12.257 per cent, up from 12.162 per cent at last issue on 1 March.
