PROGRAMME: Japanese Film Festival to kick off in Cairo and Alexandria
The Japan Foundation is to host its annual film festival in Cairo between 15 - 22 August and in Alexandria between 24 - 26 August

Under the theme New Family Beginnings, the Japanese Film Festival will screen a variety of Japanese films, varying from features to documentaries and animation, at the Hadara Cinema Centre and the Artistic Creativity Centre located at the Cairo Opera House grounds between 15 and 22 August, and at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Alexandria between 24 and 26 August.
Free admission to all screenings.
All films have Arabic subtitles, and some additionally have English subtitles (marked below).
