Over a dozen injured in Egypt's Wadi El-Natroun village fire Egyptian health ministry confirms 17 people were injured in the spread of a fire in the western desert village of Emam Malek
Egyptian health ministry official Mohamed Menesy says at least 17 people were injured thus far in a large-scale fire that reached over a dozen homes in the village of Emam Malek in Egypt's western desert area of Wadi El-Natroun Saturday afternoon. Six army and five civil fire-fighting trucks have been mobilised to the fire location, according to official report, but as of publishing time, have yet been able to extinguish the flames. The spread of the fire is attributed to a dust storm that occurred at the same time. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/73495.aspx
