Amr Shabana, Karim Darwish, Mohamed El-Shorbagy, Omar Mosaad, Ramy Ashour and Tarek Momen have gone through to the third round of the World Squash Championship being held in Doha, Qatar from 6- 14 December.
They all had easy tasks in the second round as they defeated Simon Rosner (Germany), Gregoire Marche (France), Max Lee (Hong Kong), Adrian Grant (England) and Ryan Cuskelly (Australia) respectively in straight sets (3/0).
Things are about to get harder for some, as Mosaad will have to take on former world champion and fellow countryman Ramy Ashour, while Tarek Momen will face world number two Nick Matthews from England.
Four-time world champion Amr Shabana will play Alister Walker from Botswana, El-Shorbagy will face Cameron Pilley from Australia and Darwish has been paired with another Englishman, Daryl Selby.
The third round will be played on Tuesday.
