Maqassa manager Tarek Yehia has welcomed letting Moroccan striker Omar Najdi and defender Hamada Tolba join Cairo giants Zamalek, but not through an exchange deal. Under the guidance of coach Hassan Shehata, the Whites recently lodged an offer asking Maqassa for the duo's services, but their coach Yehia refuses to take any of the Zamalek players who are currently on the transfer list. "I didn't ask for any Zamalek players through the same deal," Yehia was quoted as saying by Egypt's state-run news agency MENA. "Also Maqasa management refused Zamalek's offer to include any of its players through the deal, insisting that it will only take cash to sell Nagdy and Tolba. "Tolba is close to sealing his move to Zamalek, but Nagdy's desire to leave Egypt and also his exaggerated price could stop his deal," the coach added. Zamalek, who recently signed Masry goalkeeper Ahmed El-Shennawy on a one-season loan deal, are preparing to face Ghana's Chelsea in the group stage of the CAF Champions League on 8 July.
