Berekum Chelsea coach insists his side have every chance in the CAF Champions League group stage, despite tough competition

Berekum Chelsea Dutch coach Hans Van der Plyum appeared unfazed despite his side's tough draw in the CAF Champions League quarterfinal, insisting his players are ready to ace the continental competition.
The Ghanaian side, who made their first appearance in the CAF Champions League this season, were drawn into Group B along with three African giants — Ahly, Zamalek and TP Mazembe.
''They are all former champions and therefore we have a lot of respect for them, but we all got to this stage on merit and so we'll see how it goes,” Plyum told ghanasoccernet.com
“We have to believe in ourselves that nothing is impossible and so we're not going to be pushovers."
“Big names don't play football these days and so we'll give it our best shot. Many people ruled out our chances against Coton Sports but we all saw what happened," he added
After a 0-0 home draw to Cameroon's side Coton Sports in Ghana, Berekum Chelsea clinched their qualification to the CAF Champions League's group stage after stunning the 2008 runner-up 2-1 in Garoua.
“So I believe anything is possible in such competitions. We know we're a small club, but we have the men to rub shoulders with them,” he concluded.
