Preview: Egypt's Masry, Pyramids vie for top spot in Confed Cup group

Egypt's Pyramids FC and Masry are vying for top spot in their African Confederation Cup group as they meet again on Sunday in the second time in less than two weeks.
When both sides faced off last month, they were tied on six points after making a perfect start to their Group A campaign.
Pyramids emerged the winner from an exciting clash, striker Dodo El-Gabbas scoring with a stunning overhead kick seven minutes from time to give them a 2-1 victory and hand Croatian coach Ante Cacic a winning start.
With Mauritania's FC Nouadhibou and Nigeria's Enugu Rangers collecting just one point each from their first three matches, Pyramids and Masry are almost certain to advance to the knockout stage.
The primary question now is who would be able to finish on top of the group.
Both sides are still stuttering in the Egyptian Premier League. Under Cacic, Pyramids lost 1-0 to Haras El-Hodoud but recovered with a 1-0 victory over Ismaily.
Masry secured a hard-fought 2-1 win over Smouha but were then held to a 1-1 draw by El-Entag El-Harby.
"The injuries and absences have greatly affected our results lately," Masry coach Ihab Galal told the pre-match news conference.
Cacic stressed that the match would be difficult, saying both sides are eager to ensure their progress to the next round.
"We are eyeing the full three points to secure early qualification," the former Croatia boss said.
