Ahly midfielder Moataz Eno has been loaned to Maqassa on a six-month deal costing the Fayoum club LE1 million, LE600,000 of which will go to the player. Earliar this month Eno announced his desire to leave the Cairo giants after falling out of favour with coach Manuel Jose. “I am a good player but I've been out of the squad since Mr Jose returned to Ahly as he thinks I am not suitable for his tactics,” Eno told Ahram Online. “I need an opportunity to prove my worth and it's obvious I will not take it at Ahly,” he added. The former Zamalek player still has a one and a half years remaining on his Ahly contract. Egyptian Premier League outfits Ittihad of Alexandria and Masry had shown an interest in signing Eno during the January transfer window, but were priced out of a move by Ahly's financial conditions.
