Egypt's Zamalek put $15m price tag on in-form winger Kahraba

Zamalek's in-form winger Mahmoud Kahraba will not be sold for less than $15 million after he impressed during a season-long loan with Saudi Arabia's Ittihad, the Cairo club's chairman said on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old, who is also one of the Egyptian national team's key players, produced a series of impressive displays for the Jeddah-based club, scoring 16 goals in the Saudi league.
He also netted the winner as Ittihad won the Crown Prince Cup following a 1-0 win over Al Nassr in March.
Kahraba said Ittihad seek to sign him on another season-long loan deal but reports said they would not be able to meet Zamalek's financial demands.
"We set $15 million as a price for any club to sign Kahraba," Zamalek's outspoken chairman Mortada Mansour told reporters.
"If any club wants to sign him on loan for next season, then it must pay $5 million. Otherwise, he will be included in Zamalek's squad for next season."
Kahraba, known for his trickery and nifty footwork, joined the White Knights in the summer of 2015 from ENPPI after ending Swiss loan spells with Luzern and Grasshopper.
He helped them win the Egypt Cup a few months following his arrival and has been one of their best performers until moving to Ittihad last summer.
"I'm ready to do whatever Zamalek want. I highly respect Mr. Mortada Mansour, the club and its supporters," Kahraba said in a video Zamalek posted on their official website.
