Goalkeeper: Ahmed El-Shenawy (Masry) produced a string of heroic saves that helped Masry keep a clean sheet against a battling Ghazl El-Mahalla team.
Right back: Ahmed Sobhy (ENPPI) delivered a solid performance at the backline, but also accomplished his offensive tasks to perfection after scoring his team's third goal from an individual effort.
Central defender: Wael Gomaa (Ahly) was the maestro of the Reds' backline, leading the new back-four formation to contain Haras El-Hodoud's offensive threat.
Central defender: Eliassou Issiaka (Masry) put Ghazl El-Mahalla striker Reda Metwalli under strict surveillance, giving him no space to move inside the box.
Left back: Fouad Salama (Masr Maqassa) has been a key element in Maqassa's win against newly-promoted side Bani Sueif Telephones, producing a strong performance at the back and also scoring the third goal to kill any comeback hopes for their visitors.
Midfielder: Amer Sabry (Talae Al-Gaish) has been inspirational for his team, scoring the equaliser against Arab Contractors before Ernest Papa Arko scores the winner and making a huge effort in midfield to maintain his team's supremacy until the end of the game.
Midfielder: Adel Mostafa (ENPPI) set up Ahmed Abdel-Zaher to score the his team's first goal and himself scored the second a few minutes later.
Midfielder: Hosni Abd-Rabo (Ismaily) was the most inspirational player of the Dervishes scoring two goals in the 3-1 win against Petrojet.
Forward: Minusu Buba (Gouna) scored two and set up Al-Hilal for the third in the 3-3 thriller against ENPPI.
Forward: Abdoulaye Cisse (Masry) hit a brace in his team's brilliant display against Ghazl El-Mahalla 3-0.
Forward: Oussou Konan (Masr Maqassa) capitalised on all the chances he got in front of the goal as he netted twice in the 3-0 victory against Bani Sueif Telephones.
