Egyptian stocks have swung back from earlier week losses to close Thursday up 2.52 per cent at 4,152 points. The index slipped over 2 per cent on Monday in the wake of a fatal military crackdown on protesters, but after three consecutive sessions of gains has closed the week at a higher level than it started.
