Two Egypt Liberal, Islamist parties approved by Administrative Court Administrative Court orders approval of two political parties, one founded by Jama'a Islamiya and another by Ayman Nour
The Supreme Administrative Court has issued a verdict to recognize two political parties which were rejected last month by the Egyptian Commission of Parties Affairs. The first party is Al-Bena'a Wal Tanmenya (Building and Development) party, which represents the Islamist Al-Jama'a Al-Ismaliya. The other is the liberal Al-Ghad Al-Gadeed (‘New' Tomorrow) led by former presidential candidate Ayman Nour.
