The court in the trial of former president Mubarak will reconvene shortly to allow lawyers to cross-examine Omar Suleiman, Egypt's former intelligence chief, a key witness in the trial.
Yesterday, Egypt prosecutor general issued publishing ban on the series of closed court hearings of high-profile officials who serve as witnesses in the case. The list includes current head of the military council Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi, army Chief of Staff Sami Anan, former interior minister Mahmoud Wagdy and his successor Mansour Al-Essawy.
