Egypt's Elneny helps troubled Arsenal oust Hull in FA Cup

For the second game in a row, Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny was handed a starting role as Arsenal hammered second-tier side Hull City to reach the quarterfinals of the FA Cup on Tuesday.
Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott scored twice apiece as holders Arsenal got past Hull, where another Egyptian plays in Ahmed Elmohamady, in a replay after both settled for a 0-0 draw last week.
Elneny seems to have won the confidence of coach Arsene Wenger who picked him in the starting eleven again after he played against Tottenham in Saturday's 2-2 derby in the north London derby.
"It was a very positive performance because he structured our team very well. He looks to be an intelligent player who moves the ball very quickly, finds his partners and plays forward,"Wenger told the club's official website earlier on Tuesday.
After winning the fifth-round replay, Arsenal's quest for a third successive FA Cup title continues on Sunday with a home match against Watford.
Although Arsenal ended a five-match winless run, Per Mertesacker, Aaron Ramsey and Gabriel Paulista came off injured at Hull.
