The organizers of economic protests sweeping Israel in recent weeks are gearing up for mass demonstrations this weekend.
They hope the rallies in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem on Saturday night will be the biggest show of force so far in their campaign against the government's privatization policies and the country's high cost of living.
A post on the organizers' website on Friday invited Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to "come take part in the change."
The demonstrations began last month with a small Tel Aviv tent encampment erected to protest high real estate prices. They have ballooned into the biggest internal challenge so far for Netanyahu and his government.
Rallies last Saturday drew about 150,000 people.
