Chelsea beat Sunderland, Manchester United lose in Premier League

Chelsea responded to the departure of Jose Mourinho by surging to a 3-1 victory against Sunderland at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Saturday, while Manchester United lost at home against Norwich.
Chelsea supporters repeatedly sang Mourinho's name as Branislav Ivanovic, Pedro Rodriguez and Oscar scored in an unexpectedly convincing victory.
At Old Trafford, Cameron Jerome and Alexander Tettey netted in each half for Norwich. Anthony Martial pulled one back for United but it failed to spark a comeback.
Meanwhile, surprise Premier League leader Leicester beat Everton 3-2. Riyad Mahrez scored two penalties for Leicester before Shinji Okazaki got the decisive goal.
Tottenham beat Southampton 2-0 at St. Mary's stadium to move fourth, above United.
Crystal Palace beat host Stoke 2-1 and resurgent Bournemouth won 2-1 at West Brom.
