Meet Bongore at Artellewa Rooftop

On Wednesday 20 July, as part of its Meet the Artist series, Artellewa Rooftop will host Spanish artist José Luis Bongore

In its presentation of the work of José Luis Bongore, the Spanish artist from Madrid, Artellewa Rooftop states that "his artistic production emerged from an intervention into social environments, performance art and documentary investigation. His creative route focuses on an interest in questions such as the expression of power and the social processes; visual anthropology; art and activism; migration and cultural transference. He illustrates the empirical component and the formal experimentation."
On Wednesday 20 July Bongore will talk about his take on art, during the meeting organized at Artellewa Rooftop.
