Barcelona started the season in dramatic style as it beat Sevilla 5-4 in extra time to win the UEFA Super Cup in an action-packed, all-Spanish match Tuesday. Pedro, who is reportedly considering leaving Barcelona, scored the winner off a rebounded Lionel Messi shot in the 115th minute after Sevilla had battled back from 4-1 down to 4-4. The first three goals were all from direct free-kicks as Ever Banega's opener for Sevilla was matched by two goals from Messi. The Catalan club went 3-1 up just before halftime through Rafinha and then scored a fourth through Luis Suarez shortly after the break. Sevilla's comeback began when Jose Antonio Reyes exploited poor marking to score on 57 minutes, before Kevin Gameiro scored a penalty and debutant Yevhen Konoplyanka slotted in.
