Iran's most senior diplomat has arrived in Kuwait at the start of a tour of nearby Arab states aimed at deepening ties following the conclusion of the Islamic Republic's historic nuclear deal with world powers. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif received a red carpet airport greeting Sunday from his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Sabah. Zarif also is expected to visit Qatar and Iraq during his tour. Iranian state-linked media say he will brief officials on the nuclear accord and discuss ways to improve cooperation and fight terrorism. Iran agreed earlier this month to limits on its nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. The curbs are aimed at preventing Iran from obtaining an atomic bomb, something it denies it is seeking. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/136229.aspx
