BREAKING: Egypt court revokes death sentence for Sinai 'militant' Habara; orders retrial

An Egyptian court of cassation cancelled on Saturday the death sentence for North Sinai militant Adel Habara and six others in the case known as "Rafah's second massacre" and ordered a retrial.
In December, Cairo Criminal Court confirmed death sentences against Habara and six others for carrying out an execution-style killing of policemen in an ambush in August 2013. Some 25 soldiers were killed in the attack.
