Two minor explosions south of Nile Delta, one injured

One police cadet was injured Friday night as two bombs exploded near the traffic department in Fayoum, south of Cairo

Two explosive devices detoned late Friday in Fayoum, south of the Nile Delta, near the local traffic department, causing damage to parked cars and slightly injuring a police cadet.
The only injured sustained a cut in his leg by a fragment of glass that hit him as a result of the explosion.
Al-Ahram's Arabic website reported that a third explosive device was defused by a bomb team in the same area, which was secured upon the two explosions.
Egypt has been hit by a wave of bomb attacks of different sizes for over a year following the ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi in 2013 following nationwide protests against his rule.
