Egypt's main index opens week in the green
Construction companies biggest gainers on Sunday as EGX30 up 0.76 percent, with turnover of more than LE700 million, after last week's gains

Egypt's main index achieved modest gains on Sunday after surpassing the 9,500 point benchmark last week.
The benchmark index EGX30 gained 0.76 percent to 9,723 points.
Daily stock turnover registered LE700.9 million.
Non-Arab foreigner investors were net buyers to the tune of LE50.6 million while Arab investors were net sellers to the tune of LE32.6 million.
Market bellwether Commercial International Bank (CIB) inched up 0.67 percent to LE47.79 per share.
Construction material companies Ezz Steel and South Valley Cement were the highest gainers in the main index, rising 3.29 percent to LE18.48 and 4.28 percent to LE9.25, respectively.
In the real estate sector, Six of October for Development and Investments Company (SODIC) increased 2.68 percent to LE49.49 per share and Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) holding inched up 1.45 percent to LE11.17 per share.
Telecom Egypt (TE) gained 2.29 percent to LE15.08 per share while Global Telecoms Holding (GTH) fell 0.19 percent to LE5.34 per share.
The broader index EGX70 dropped 0.14 percent.
