Mohamed Abou-Treika hopes Lionel Messi will lift the World Cup trophy on Sunday as Argentina face Germany in the final

Former Egypt playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika said he would support World Player of the Year Lionel Messi when Argentina take on Germany in the World Cup final on Sunday.
"Good luck Leo," Abou-Treika, who is widely regarded as one of the best players in the history of Cairo giants Ahly and the Egyptian national team, said on his Twitter feed.
Messi is bidding to lead Argentina to World Cup glory for the first time since 1986 to etch his name among the football's all-time greats.
He has scored four goals so far to lead Argentina to their first final in 24 years.
Abou-Treika works as a television pundit for Qatari-owned Bein Sports during the World Cup.
