BREAKING: Third small bomb explodes near Heliopolis court in east Cairo

A minor blast took place near the Heliopolis courthouse in eastern Cairo on Wednesday morning, eyewitnesses and local media have reported, shortly after two explosions in two Cairo metro stations injured at least four.
