Video: Mexico goalkeeper Ochoa couldn't stop Abou-Treika, Egypt fans remember Egypt fans recall Abou-Teika goals memories in Mexico's goalkeeper Oucha net during a 2006 Club World Cup game
Mexico goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa delivered one of the best World Cup goalkeeping performances during the 0-0 draw to Brazil late Tuesday in Group A of the 2014 World Cup. Nicknamed Memo, the 28-year-old who keeps his curly-hair out of his eyes with a blue headband, said "undoubtedly it was the best match of my life." But more six thousand miles away of Fortaleza stadium, Egyptian football lovers, whose team didn't qualify, have expressed their admiration to the no-club-keeper Oucha by recalling memories of an old match combined him with the country's most popular athlete Mohamed Abou-Treika. Back in 2006, Egyptian club Ahly defeated Mexico's Club America 2-1 in the Club World Cup third place decider. Both of the Pharaohs goals were scored by the recently-retired Egyptian soccer legend Abou-Treika. ## Abou-Treika, who joined Ahly from Tersana in January 2004, was an inspiration for both Ahly and Egypt, heralding a golden age with 22 trophies won with the Red Devils, including five Champions League titles and a bronze medal at the 2006 Club World Cup. Mexico will play Croatia on 23 June. They defeated Cameroon 1-0 in their opener Friday.
