The Nigeria Football Federation says it has reached an agreement with its World Cup players over bonus payments, an issue that caused the team to arrive days late for the Confederations Cup last year and nearly threw that tournament into chaos. On the eve of Nigeria's opening World Cup Group F game against Iran on Monday, the NFF said it had settled on payments for the tournament: Players will get $10,000 each for every group game they win, and will earn $102,500 each if they win the World Cup. There had been signs of discontent within the African champion's squad in Brazil. Coach Stephen Keshi said ''the players may have issues but I think they have been settled amicably so let them allow us to play.''
