The Egyptian Bloc announced it finished forming its electoral list for the next parliamentary elections in Egypt. It added they intended to compete for the majority of parliamentary seats during the next elections. The Bloc said they are currently preparing to take necessary measures to submit the required papers of candidates who will run for elections. The bloc said it will run for the elections in different Egyptian governorates with 232 candidates. Political parties of the bloc include Al-Tagamu Party, the Egyptian Social Democratic Party, and the Free Egyptians Party and they signed the agreement of coalition on Friday October 21 to pave the way and run for the next parliamentary elections under a unified list. On the other hand, officials of the bloc prepared a campaign to announce their principles and values in front of the public to support their candidates throughout Egypt. The bloc renewed its demands to provide full independence to the High Committee of Elections to ensure conducting free and fair elections. It also stressed the need to restore security and allow the citizens to participate safely.
