Disputes started between different political powers when 26 political parties, coalitions and movements decided to postpone next Friday's protest. The Egyptian government decided to issue a statement about the form of the civil state and the procedures taken to achieve it. A member of the supreme commission of the Egyptian communist party, Essam Shaa'ban, said 26 of the political powers decided to postpone next Friday's protest for a week. Prime Minister Essam Sharaf confirmed to issue a statement to show steps of how to become a civil state. Sharaf said he will pa rticipate in the protest in the case it is postponed, said Shaa'ban. He also said postponing the protest doesn't mean it won't take place again, it just means it will provide the government enough time to issue the statement to be announced in a few days. On the other hand, the chairman of Tahrir TV channel did not yet establish a political party. Ibrahim Zahran said he informed the head of the office of security directorate of Cairo and the Minister of Interior's office to secure Tahrir Square next Friday because he insists the protest will be held at August 12.
