England midfielder David Beckham broke the silence about the potential of joining AC Milan on loan from American side Los Angeles Galaxy in January. The Italian giants earlier revealed talks with the former Real Madrid man, and with the move seemingly all but official, Beckham explained the decision to play in Italy. "One of the reasons I want to train and play in Milan for a few months is the fact that the American season is on break and my body is programmed to actually not have that amount of time off, " Beckham was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia. The 33-year-old stressed that despite the loan move, he will still remain as a Galaxy player. "It doesn't mean I'm leaving the States, I'm still very committed to being a Galaxy player. I came to the States to win trophies and I want to do that. After playing in England and Spain, Beckham said it'd be a dream for him to play in Italy before he ends his career. "Milan have got Kaka, Ronaldinho, Seedorf and also a player with one of the best records in football, in Paolo Maldini." "To be on the pitch and the training field and get experience with those players is a big honor."
