Dynamos Harare coach David Mandigora said that his team will hold their own when they take on Egyptian giants Zamalek on Sunday. The Zimbabwean champions are the surprise package of the CAF Champions League this season as they have eliminated titleholders Etoile Sahel in the round of 16 before opening their Group A campaign with a 2-1 home win over West African giants ASEC Mimosas. Coach Mandigora is confident his players can repeat the feat in their second game against Zamalek in Cairo. "I'm sure we will come out with a positive result against Zamalek," he was quoted as saying by the Egyptian club's website. "We now have the experience needed to win at home and away just as we did against Etoile," added Mandigora. Dynamos, who currently share top spot in Group B with five-time champions Ahli, arrived in Cairo early on Thursday. Zimbabwean papers shared Mandigora's opinion on Thursday, citing Zamalek's poor form and double defeat from rivals Ahli in the past two weeks as reasons for their confidence. Nevertheless, Mandigora was full of respect for Zamalek and acknowledged that the game will not be an easy one. "I watched Zamalek against Ahli, they are a very good side, very physical and it will not be easy for us," he said.
