Fahmi succeeds Al-Ghandour as Referees Committee Chief

The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has named Hussein Fahmi as Chief of the Referees' Committee to replace the departed Gamal Al-Ghandour.
"Al-Ghandour stepped down and Hussein Fahmi will replace him," the President of the EFA Samir Zaher told FilGoal.com on Wednesday.
Al-Ghandour had a hefty offer to take charge of the United Arab Emirates Referees' Committee and he will start his mission in the next few days.
"He told us he won't be able to assume his responsibilities and we couldn't stand against his wish," concluded Zaher.
