French striker Thierry Henry was presented officially on Monday as a Barcelona player after signing a four year deal worth 24 million euros. "I am really pleased to be here with Barca, It has been a long chase but I'm finally here and happy to be here and I can't wait to go out there and show what I can do," Henry said during a press conference at the Nou Camp. The 29-year-old striker moved to Spain after spending 8 successful seasons at Arsenal leading them to two Premiership title and a place in the UEFA Champions League. The French marksman scored 226 goals in 364 matches and won the English Golden boot for four years. On the other hand Club Chairman Joan Laporta expressed his delight for snatching the deal with one of the best strikers in the World of soccer. The Spaniard also revealed that former Barcelona Legend Johan Cruyff wanted to land Henry many years ago even before he joined Arsenal. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger blessed the move to Barcelona and salutes his wonder boy for his remarkable efforts during the past eight years. "I want to thank him for his contribution. He has been a great player on the technical and personal level. In one word he became the Legend of Arsenal," said Wenger to Arsenal official website.
