Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti did not deny speculation linking Brazilian goalkeeper Dida with a summer move away from San Siro. Reports from Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper have suggested a Bosman move for the Milan custodian who will be free next June as his contract with the Rossoneri is set to expire. The Italian newspaper suggested that Dida will join Spanish champions Barcelona starting from next season. "Until the end of June, Dida is AC Milan's goalkeeper. Then, if there's no agreement (between Dida and the club), he will go wherever he thinks is best," Ancelotti was quoted as saying by Eurosport.
Ancelotti "It's the club's position, and a position that is equally clear for Dida as it is for Milan, that if there's no agreement then each party will go their separate ways." However, Ancelotti confirmed that he will keep on selecting his first-choice goalkeeper on normal basis until the 33-year-old Brazilian decides his future in June. Milan have recent signing Marco Storari as well as Zeljko Kalac deputizing for the long-term injured Dida. Another option is signing Italy and Juventus man Gianluigi Buffon who has been reportedly been linked with a move to Milan to cover for the departure of the Brazilian in case he decided to leave.
