MOSCOW, Sept 28, 2018 (MENA) - Russia hopes that Israel would abide by international laws and agreements on Syria, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Friday. Israelis have extended their condolences at all levels after Russian soldiers have been killed when an IL-20 surveillance plane crashed near Latakia in northern Syria, Bogdanov told reporters. Bogdanov urged respect for the Russian-US declaration announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Donald Trump on Syria.
